What is it?

Innovation is developing a new or significantly improved product, service, process, hierarchy or management practices. Innovation is typically divided to breakthrough innovation that changes game rules and leads to transforming society or business sector. Another type is gradual innovation, which adds big improvement to existing items. A third type is the marginal innovation.
